Cafe 410

I got a phone call at 4 pm today, its from My Bookstore. There is going an interview for opening(s) there tomorrow 9 am to 4 pm. I guess I’ll be walking there from my grandparents house.

In my condition, which is with a not so functional right arm, to go to an interview tomorrow is awkward. How am I suppose to shake hands properly with the interviewer, or if the ask me to carry stuff. Well, I do need a job and these kind-hearted people are offering me one, I don’t remember ever applying for a job there however, wonder what positions they are offering.

After going through their website My Bookstore, there are 3 positions available, Sales Assistants; Cashier; Supervisor. Well, I’m not choosy when it comes to work, its hard to find one even for a degree holder. I’ll try to do my best at the interview, I usually fail interviews, but back then I was styling the afro hair-do and I was already making money that much a week teaching Maths & Science, so I wasn’t serious. Hope I get promoted to In-house Programmer or Web Designer, that will get the salary up and the shifts loose. I can even work from home! It doesn’t hurt to dream now and then.

Here’s to a new experience of being interviewed, again, but all interviews are different, some are just plain weird and to one more step closer to a larger savings to open Cafe 410.
